Call2Teams - Customers


Overview

There are three types of service that Call2Teams can interconnect with. 


These must be enabled at the base account level in order for them to be configured - see this article for details on how to add additional services: Click Here


Service types

  • PBX/Trunk: PBX
    • Sets the parameters used by Call2Teams to talk to the customer's PBX.

  • PBX/Trunk: Trunk
    • Connects the customer's existing SIP Trunk directly to Microsoft Teams so they can use Teams as a PBX.


  • Skype For Business
    • Sets the domain and sync options necessary to allow the service to route calls between the customer's PBX and Microsoft and synchronize users where required.

 

  • Teams
    • Sets the domain and sync options necessary to allow the service to route calls between the customer's PBX and Microsoft and synchronize users where required.
