Overview

You already sell Call2teams and other products to clients via Microsoft CSP and now wish to sell to a client you do not have in your Microsoft CSP Customer list.

How to Add A New Microsoft CSP Customer

When you sell Office 365 to a customer who already has a Microsoft tenant you have to email them an invitation link.

They then click to accept the invitation and will then appear in your list of customers you can sell to.

Customers can do this with more than one CSP distributor and can buy licences from each.

Note

It should be the same with the way you provision Call2Teams - invite the customer to associate with your CSP account and then provision Call2Teams to them. It doesn't matter that they are buying Office 365 from someone else.
