Overview
Microsoft Teams always attempts to use the E.164 format:
+(country code)(subscriber number)
Issue
This can present some issues if the PBX or Trunk are expecting numbers in the long code format:
00(country code)(subscriber number)
This issue is often the cause of a 403 error "No match for Service User Part" for incoming calls to Teams users.
For outbound calls, the PBX or Trunk may simply reply with an error such as 'unacceptable' or 'not allowed'
Solution
Users can amend the settings via the portal, to match their PBX or Trunk requirements.

For short numbers or long extension numbers or other dialling issues related to the number format, users may also wish to review the dialplan setting for the tenant/user.
