How to run a diagnostic Sync on the service. 

This can be required in order to provide advanced diagnostic logs when raising support tickets.


An administrator with the correct permissions needs to perform the following actions:

  1. Press Alt + Shift at the same time as clicking the Sync Now button
  2. A debug symbol will show on the Sync Now button to confirm that the debug sync is happening.

When escalating a support request, there is no need to provide the logs as the support provider will be able to review these in the portal.
