Overview
A call queue or auto attendant is granted a special license in Microsoft 365; called a Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account.

Note: A ‘Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account” should not be used for a regular user as it will not provide any calling capability and the user will be excluded from the user-list in the service portal.
Usage
When this license is granted, the portal will sync this call queue/Auto Attendant into the user list so a number can be assigned to it.
