We have two links to an online form which will allow the data capture for the templates that can then be created for the portal

Input from these forms will go into a manual queue for review and processing.
Template publishing is done periodically as part of a software deployment process so may take several days/weeks
Templates can be made private and the form will ask for the URL of the account where the form will be published. this means the account heirachy must be created before the form submission
Each field in the body of the form as a choice of customer settings.
In the dropdown for the "customer can edit" field, these are the options available:
The field will be displayed with the entry supplied on the Template present in the field or may be blank
The customer can freely overtype the setting
Yes after unlocking
The field will be displayed with the entry supplied on the Template present (or may be blank) in the field but the field will be 'greyed' and a padlock symbol will show
The customer needs to click on the padlock before overtyping or changing the field contents
No (view only)
The field will be displayed with the entry supplied on the Template present in the field. The customer will not be able to change the values
The field will not be displayed to the customer and the value set in the field will be used.
