Overview

Many users may be used to having several DDI lines assigned to them as offered by their PBX.

However, where no PBX is present and users are assigned DDIs directly from a SIP trunk service, there is no 'system' behind this that can provide the functionality.


Can I Overcome This Limitation

Unfortunately we are limited as to theĀ functionality we can extend since we are reliant, in the most part, on the features passed through to us..

To achieve the desired result, we suggest you would need to use multiple resource accounts in Teams that forward to the desired destination.
