Call2Teams - Customers


Overview

End Customers cannot amend their own licenses via the Call2Teams portal.


Microsoft Direct Customers

Users will need admin access to their Office 365 account.


Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Office 365 admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com/
  2. Ensure the user is using the latest Admin Centre.
  3. Go to the Billing menu on the left and select Your Products 
  4. Scroll down and find the relevant service in the Apps section:



5. Users can add or remove licenses using the 'Buy Licenses' or 'Remove Licenses' options:




Note: A license increase/decrease should take place immediately.
