Call2Teams - Customers


During a call connection users may experience a long delay before hearing the ringing tone, or ringing tone at all. This is called a delay in "Early Media".

What To Check

Customers are advised to use the Teams Desktop Client as this provides real-time communications support (audio, video and content sharing) for team meetings, group calling and private one-on-one calls. This will reduce the likelihood of delay in the Early Media.

Please Note:  The service does not generate any local ringing tone, and can only pass on what is received from Microsoft Teams.
