Call2Teams - Customers
During the Sync Now process the portal may return the following notification:
Clicking on the advice link for this notification may show Teams Meeting Room Setup:
Teams meeting rooms users cannot be set up through the Sync Now automation, so must to be set up manually.
Customers should refer to their Microsoft or the meeting room equipment provider, in order to have this service set up.
As these issues are highly customer-specific, each case will vary.

Note: Normally this notification applies only to Teams meeting Rooms users.
The notification will clear when any meeting room users have been manually configured.
