Call2Teams - Partners


You have branding applied to your portal but , when launching the Help Widget to look up KB articles or raise a Service Case, it displays 'Call2Teams'.

Here's Why

The Help Widget is actually part of our Service Desk and not part of the portal. Branding cannot be applied to the Service Desk at this stage.

Will This affect My Customers

The Help Widget is not available to sub/client accounts so only Partners at the Native Base Level will have access to the Help Widget
