Overview

Customers have branding applied to their portal but the Help Widget displays 'Call2Teams'.


Explanation

The Help Widget is part of our Service Desk and not the portal. Branding cannot be applied to the Service Desk.


Customer Impact

The Help Widget is not available to sub/client accounts.


Only Partners at the native base level will have access to the Help Widget and therefore see the Call2Teams name.
