Microsoft Teams Call Logs
Microsoft Teams provides call log info that can give useful insight to call behaviors or issues:
- Go to: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
- Select Analytics & Reports
- Select Usage Reports
- Select PSTN & SMS Usage (preview)
- Choose Last 7 days
- In the chart area click on the DIRECT ROUTING selection
- See the call log at the lower side of the chart with some helpful information:
In the top right of the chart area there is an option to download the call logs with additional information that isn't shown on the chart:
Note: Occasionally this report may be requested by the support team to be provided for advanced diagnostics.
