Overview

SPAM LIKELY is observed on incoming calls. 


Explanation of Behaviour

Microsoft have added an 'spam call notification' feature. This will result in some incoming calls that Microsoft suspects being spam, being labelled as such.


Microsoft Teams may invoke their 'Captcha IVR Bot'. 


In this case where when the called user is answering the call, the calling party may hear the following: "Please press X X X to connect the call" where X is a variable number.
