Overview
You may not be able to add users to the portal if a Microsoft Calling Plan already exists for the user. Some MS licences come with Calling Plan's built in. If you're unsure how to remove a Microsoft Calling Plan, the steps below will help you.
Solution
- Log in to your MS 365 Admin Centre as an Administrator.
- Select the Active Users and click on the user you wish to modify.
- Select Licenses and Apps
- You can filter the list of Apps by selecting the licence with which they are associated.
- Here we can see that a Domestic Calling plan is included. We can uncheck this and Save.
