Overview
Attempting Sync returns the following error message in the output:
Sync Error: Another object with the same value for property proxyAddresses already exists.
This can prevent a user being correctly added. The error will normally follow a PS command to set a value.
Explanation of Behaviour
There is a conflict between the email address linked to the user profile in the Microsoft database and another profile.
Solution
Check the attributes on the affected user's Active Directory/Azure profile and remove conflicting proxy addresses/entries.
