Calls do not complete, a 404 Not Found error message is returned.


This response indicates that the user does not exist at the domain specified in the Request-URI.

The destination is unreachable because the number is either not allocated, or it is incorrectly defined or formatted.

A common reason for this behaviour is due to the credentials on the Teams user's profile not matching those on the PBX/Trunk. 


Check the affected user's credentials and try again.
