Overview
You have configured Dynamic Emergency Trunk routing for your clients and wish to confirm or review the configuration.
Explanation of Behaviour
When you configure DET the configuration is made in 2 places.
The PBX/Trunk template
The Emergency Trunk
Solution
To view the Template, you'll need to be logged into the Partner Accounts view.
Select the Brnading tab and view the PBX or Trunk template
The template will confirm the Trunk that has been configured as the Emergency route.
To confirm configuration of this trunk, you will need to be logged in to the Partner, base level portal.
Select the Services tab and then select the Trunk tab. Yu will find the Emergency trunk listed here:
