Call2Teams - Partners


Users have configured Dynamic Emergency Trunk routing for their clients and wish to confirm or review the configuration.

DET configuration is made in two places:

  • The PBX/Trunk template
  • The Emergency Trunk


To view the PBX/Trunk Template, log in to the Partner Accounts view.

Select the Branding tab and view the PBX or Trunk template:

The template will confirm the Trunk that has been configured as the Emergency route:

To confirm configuration of this trunk, the administrator will need to be logged in to the Partner - base level portal.

Select the Services tab and then select the Trunk tab.
