Call2Teams - Customers/Partners


Obtaining Microsoft Teams logs for the client or end user to provide in a support ticket for Microsoft.  

Microsoft may ask for the following to assist with troubleshooting calls in Teams:

  • Call logs from Teams Admin
  • Debug logs
  • Media logs
  • Desktop logs

Obtaining Logs

To obtain Microsoft Teams logs, do the following in Teams:  

  • Press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + 1 for on machines running Windows.  
  • Press Option + Command + Shift + 1 on machines running Mac OS.  

This will download the logs from Microsoft Teams to the local Downloads folder.  

Send this Diagnostic Log file to Microsoft when creating a support ticket.
